Redness & Rosasea

Redness/Rosacea is a chronic skin condition characterized by facial redness, visible blood vessels, and sometimes small, red bumps that resemble acne. It often affects the central part of the face, including the cheeks, nose, chin, and forehead, and can vary in severity from mild flushing to persistent redness and inflammation. Triggers for rosacea flare-ups can include sun exposure, hot or spicy foods, alcohol, stress, and certain skincare products. While the exact cause of rosacea is unknown, factors like genetics, abnormal blood vessel function, & an overactive immune system may contribute.
